Chiropractic is the treatment created and developed by Daniel D. Palmer in 1895. Palmer eagerly studied the cause of human illness for about nine years. One day Palmer heard from his servant, Herbie Lillard, that when Lillard was young and sweeping with his back arched, he heard a strange sound on his back and suddenly lost his hearing. Palmer examined Lillard’s back on the spot and found an abnormally bulged vertebra on his back pillar.
Palmer pushed it back to its original position, then Lillard’s hearing backed instantly.
This is presumably the world’s first adjustment of the spine and the beginning of the development of chiropractic.
By arranging the twisted spine, we can remove the pressure and irritation of the nerve and alleviate the pain.
Because this method straightens the balance of the muscular ligament supporting the backbone, a good posture can be maintained and an athletic ability improves.
The circulation of blood and lymph of the whole body is also promoted, which softens the muscles, improves visceral functions, and makes the body movements easier and larger.
It also increases the body’s immunity and disease prevention.
